Service Pricing
Arranging funeral services after a loss can be a difficult task for anyone. It is our goal to anticipate your needs through this time of transition. In order to better serve you, it is our policy that all services selected be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the funeral service. We accept all verifiable (I.e. policy amount and name of beneficiary) and assignable insurance as payment for funeral expenses. We charge a 3% processing fee for filing all insurance claims.
You may choose only items you desire. If you are charged for items you did not specifically request, we will explain the reason for the changes on the written memorandum. Please note that there may be charges for items such as cemetery fees, flowers, and newspaper notices. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at (214) 222-7800. These prices are effective as of January 1, 2019; thereafter subject to change without notice.
THE GOODS AND SERVICES SHOWN BELOW ARE THOSE WE CAN PROVIDE TO OUR CUSTOMERS. YOU MAY CHOOSE ONLY THOSE ITEMS YOU DESIRE, HOWEVER, ANY FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS YOU SELECT WILL INCLUDE A CHARGE FOR OUR BASIC SERVICES AND OVERHEAD. IF LEGAL OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS MEAN YOU MUST BUY ANY ITEMS YOU DID NOT SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR, WE WILL EXPLAIN THE REASON IN WRITING ON THE STATEMENT WE PROVIDE DESCRIBING THE FUNERAL GOODS AND SERVICES YOU SELECTED.
Itemized Selections
A. SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF - $1500.00
Our fee for the basic services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; arrangement of funeral or other disposition; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; coordination with third party's providing other portions of the funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory and others. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance, utility expenses, secretarial, administrative costs, equipment and inventory expenses.
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included on our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains).
B. EMBALMING - $825.00 | PER HOUR - $150.00
Embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
C. OTHER PREPARATION OF THE BODY

- Washing and disinfecting of unembalmed remains - $125.00
- Dressing and casketing unembalmed remains - $100.00

D. USE OF FACILITIES AND STAFF
- Viewing – Visitation /Wake (per day) - $250.00
Our services include set-up of viewing area, placement of encased remains, display of floral arrangements, supervision of and attendance during the viewing. - Funeral Service
- Funeral Service at the Funeral Home. - $250.00
Our services include coordinating and supervision of the funeral service, staff to attend the funeral service, set-up and use of facilities. - Funeral Service at Other Facility. Our services include coordinating and supervision of the funeral service, and additional staff necessary to conduct funeral service at other facility. - $350.00
General Use - $325.00

Our services include coordinating and supervision of the memorial service, staff to attend the memorial service, set-up and use of facilities. - Memorial Service at Other Facility - $350.00

Our services include use of graveside equipment, transport remains to cemetery, supervision of graveside service, and staff to attend service.

This charge includes removal of remains, necessary services of staff, embalming, necessary authorizations, and local transportation to airport. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the body.- With minimum shipping container - $1925.00

- Air Tray - $350.00
- Receiving Remains From Another Funeral Home - $950.00
This charge includes temporary shelter of remains, transportation of remains to cemetery and necessary services of staff. This charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies. - Immediate Burials
Our charge for an immediate burial, without any attendant rites or ceremonies, includes removal and shelter of remains, local transportation to the cemetery, necessary services of staff, and authorizations.- Immediate burial with merchandise provided by purchaser - $1535.00
- Immediate burial with casket selected from our funeral home (in addition to cost of casket) - $1535.00
- Direct Cremations
Our charge for a direct cremation without any attendant rites or ceremonies includes removal of remains, local transportation to crematory, necessary services of staff, and authorizations. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use and alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering).
The containers we provide are: Cardboard Box- Direct cremation with merchandise provided by purchaser - $1250.00
- Direct cremation with alternative container - $1400.00
- Direct cremation with casket selected from our funeral home (in addition to cost of casket) - $1250.00
- Additional charge per hour for staff services and/or use of facilities for partial ceremonies, body donations or other items not included in the above charges. - $175.00
